The public enjoyed the grand opening celebration of the Black Mountain Campus on Oct. 17. A ribbon cutting ceremony kicked off the event at 10:30 a.m., followed by an open house until 4 p.m. The campus features three partners: Paradise Valley Community College at Black Mountain, the Holland-FCF Community Center and the Desert Foothills Family YMCA.
