Submit a News/Press Release We can help spread your news or promote your event! Simply fill out this form and send it. If you anticipate a monthly publication to list your class, program, event or other newsworthy item, please complete and return this form three (3) months before the event. The minimum lead time deadline to submit an item to the IA office for a press release/calendar listing for any medium is two (2) weeks. Please see How to Submit a News Storyfor other media deadlines.
