The Implementation Team's primary responsibilities are:

  • Planning and executing the implementation of the New Student System at PVCC
  • Provide direction to help guide the college implementation
  • Identify implementation needs of the college and prepare multiple delivery methods for communicating
  • Identify the college unique business requirements that must be supported by the New Student System or third party solution.
  • Be knowledgeable about the college’s organizational structure, policies, and procedures related to personnel issues
  • Participate in the review of prototypes
  • Become knowledgeable about the New Student System software and operating environment
  • Prepare instructional materials appropriate to the college’s use of the New Student System
  • Train local/regional users on the New Student System
  • Assist in employee skill assessment and identify appropriate job roles based on available skill sets
  • Familiar with facilities requirements associated with redesigned processes


Student Information Commission (SIC) Member – Paul Dale

provide college-level leadership for the project, make recommendations on policy issues, review progress and dedicate resources

Project Plan Manager & Coordinator – Paul Golisch and Stella Napoles
manage and execute project plan for college deployment, provide oversight for all technical, functional, communication, training, and help desk activities; coordinate with the implementation team all activities and communication; integration with academic/instructional systems

provide input and leadership for the design and structure of the new system, review prototypes, participate in testing, identify potential organizational impacts, become the "super-user" expert for the system for the respective areas; provide leadership for organizational change.
