    • Next meeting over summer break, date, location and time, yet to be determined.
  2. Passed out copies of PTK Packet

  3. Discussed responsibilities of officers

  4. Made a commitment to earn 5 Star recognition for our chapter for next year.

  5. May 15-17 Regional Leadership Convention in Payson at Camp Tontozona.
    • PTK Officers are welcome to attend
    • Opportunity to support chapter, network, build friendships, learn leadership skills.

  1. MEETING TIME and DATE
    • In an attempt to accommodate more members we will continue to have two meetings a month.
    • We will have one meeting on the second Wednesday of the month and the second meeting will be on the forth Monday. Please let us know what you think.
    • Wednesday, March 8 at 3:00pm- This meeting will be an envelope stuffing meeting. Some of this work can be done by members individually, or in small groups. If you can help, please let me know. I will only need about an hour of your time.
  2. Our Potential Meeting Schedule for March
    • Wednesday, March 8 at 3:00pm
    • Monday, March 27 at 3:00pm
  3. Regional Meeting March 3rd from 6 – 10 and March 4th from 8 – 6
    • We need to know who is committing to go to the Regional Convention at Estrella Mountain CC. We will be driving a school van, so your transportation is taken care of. If you commit, please plan to attend since Phi Theta Kappa is paying for your attendance.

    • We need to come up with a time that works for the majority of our group.
    • We want to keep the meetings to the second and fourth weeks of the month
    • We need everyone’s input as to what time and day to have the meeting.
    • A time and day need to be nailed down, This is what is available,
      • Monday or Wednesday after 11:30am
      • Tuesday or Thursday after 1:30pm
    • Email angiemills@cox.net by Monday January 30, with at least two days and time that work for you.
    • If a new time is not picked our next meeting is Wednesday, February 8 at 3:00pm. Please watch for an email from either myself or Steve Nicoloff for the change.

  3. Student Life Rep We need volunteers to attend the meetings
    • Below you will find the Spring 2006 ~ Student Leadership Council Meeting Schedule. In order to maintain active status and receive funds from SLC, it is very important all of your organizations have a representative attend these SLC meetings. Benefits include increased communication between SLC and clubs/organizations, and between clubs/organizations. Student club/organization reps also receive info about various resources on campus, leadership training opportunities, etc.

      All meetings are held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in KSC 208.
