Arizona State University
Recommend applying for alliance scholarship. Most students of Phi Theta Kappa caliber will get an alliance scholarship. Transfer students can get either the alliance scholarship or the Phi Theta Kappa scholarship (very competitive) but will not be awarded both. Alliance scholarships are on a first come first served basis. Even though deadline is in May, the best time to apply is in the fall one year prior to transfer.
