Weblogs also known as blogs, usually written and maintained by average individuals, detail anything from fashion to life advice, to funny images of cats. Check out just a few blogs that are reader favorites:

“iCiNG”: http://galadarling.com/ — “iCiNG” is a fairly popular fashion and style blog centered around the writer, who goes by the name Gala Darling, and her unique style choices. Donned with pink hair, sparkly Disney Land mouse ears and a variety of modern, stylish outfits, Gala Darling details where to find unique clothing. “iCiNG” offers weekly style tips along with fashion and life advice, interesting links and interior design tips. Updated multiple times a week, this blog is a must for fashionistas.

“Too Many Mornings”: http://www.toomanymornings.com/ — “Too Many Mornings” is a humor blog updated weekly that specializes in ripping news from the headlines and seeing the humor in it and sometimes writing fake advice letters to real and fictional people. A good read while wasting time at work or just looking for a laugh, “Too Many Mornings” brings high brow humor to the masses.

“Your Status Is Annoying”: http://yourstatusisannoying.blogspot.com/ — “Your Status Is Annoying” refers to Facebook statuses. Each entry features a screen capture of someone’s Facebook status and commentary from the author on why it’s annoying. The statuses range from simple, boring updates that no one wants to read, to TMI (too much information), private thoughts voiced over Facebook. This blog may be worth checking out just to make sure you aren’t featured.

“Yes And Yes”: http://www.yesandyes.org/ — “Yes And Yes,” like “iCiNG,” is a fashion blog. Run by Sarah Von, the blog is centered around style tips and great finds, most from vintage and thrift store shops. “Yes And Yes” also delves more into the author’s life, as she writes about ways to feel inspired, what to do when life gives you difficult decisions and even travel tips. “Yes And Yes” is updated throughout the week and is best for people who like short, quick entries that are fun and inspirational.

“LIONHUG”: http://lionhug.wordpress.com/ — “LIONHUG: Useful, Brilliant and Inspiring Design” is a blog featured around truly unique design and structure. This blog pictures everything from DIY bookshelves and tables to elegant cards and butterfly portraits. Updated weekly, “LIONHUG” features projects from the author along with inspiring designs and projects from other bloggers. It’s an interesting read whether you’re a DIY junkie or simply enjoy looking at unique pictures.
