Paradise Valley Community College offers classes at several locations throughout the North Valley. PVCC at Black Mountain serves the Carefree, Cave Creek, Anthem, North Scottsdale and North Phoenix areas.

All PVCC at Black Mountain classes are held at Cactus Shadows High School in Cave Creek, near Carefree Highway and 60th Street. Cactus Shadows High School's address is 5802 E. Dove Valley Rd., Cave Creek, AZ 85331.

However, the PED103BD/LD, Ballroom or Latin Dance course is located at Christ Episcopal Church: 35500 N. Cave Creek Rd, Carefree, AZ 85377
