Meeting and Event Form

All events, activities and meetings need to be approved by the club/organization advisor before submitting to the Student Life and Leadership Office.

  • We will get back to you in the next 2-3 days with a confirmation of the date, times and location you requested.
  • You will also be notified if you request is not approved or available.
  • If your request is approve or available, there will be a detailed list of "next steps or things to do" list attached to the confirmation email.
