- PVCC
offers a wide variety of options for learning:
- Under the
umbrella label, "choices@pvc,"
the college provides various opportunities for distance
learning, including:
- FlexExpress,
Guided Independent Learning (GIL),
Online Courses in both English and Spanish (www2.pvc.Maricopa.edu/online),
Instructional Television (ITV), and
Open Entry/Open Exit.
- The college
also offers new approaches to learning. Various combinations
of courses are offered in "learning communities,"
as well as the "First Year
Experience" program.
- Learners
can also arrange their course-taking through flexible scheduling,
such as Afternoon College, Friday College, Saturday-only classes,
and Late Start classes.
