Issues/items discussed:

1) TCT Budget Allocation:
Jane handed out copies of the "Paradise Valley Community College - 2004 Capital Program IT Allocations." She spent the majority of the meeting discussing the budget and how it will be allocated over the years.

Many thanks to Jane for a very informative and in depth discussion! As Jane said, if you have any questions related to the budget, feel free to contact her.

2) Ocotillo Update:
Jim updated us on what's going on - blogging, etc.

Jim submitted his MCLI Learning grant (his mini-FIPSE proposal) - many thanks to Cathy for her help!

3) Spring 2005 Meeting Dates:
If you haven't already done so, please note the following dates for our TCT meetings in S2005:

a) Wednesday, January 26, 2005.
b) Wednesday, February 9, 2005.
c) Wednesday, February 23, 2005.
d) Wednesday, March 9, 2005.
e) Wednesday, March 23, 2005.
f) Wednesday, April 6, 2005.
g) Wednesday, April 20, 2005.
h) Wednesday, May 4, 2005.

(All meetings will be from 12:45P-1:45P in the G-conference room, G126.) Please keep Wednesday, February 2, 2005 from 12:45P-1:45P open as well. We'll be working on the budget requests, and we'll more than likely need to meet then.

The next TCT meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 8, 2004, 12:45P-1:45P in the G-conference room (G126). This special meeting gives us an opportunity to meet with Darrel Huish from District. Darrel is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Information Technologies.
