Minutes of TCT Meeting for Wednesday, January 31, 2007:

Members Present:

Budget Requests Rankings:
We decided that we will meet every Wednesday through February 28 in order to get through the technology budget requests rankings. Mark down the following dates:
Wednesday, February 7, 2007, 1P-1:45P in the G-conference room
Wednesday, February 14, 2007, 1P-1:45P in the G-conference room
Wednesday, February 21, 2007, 1P-1:45P in the G-conference room
Wednesday, February 28, 2007, 1P-1:45P in the G-conference room

Carol handed out the General Technology Budget Requests (APB). We went through the Replacement/Obsolescence part. Next time is the New/Additional Items part. Please review your spreadsheets before our next meeting.

The General Technology Fund 7 Approved Spending that we have to work with for FY 07/08 is $578,912.00 (allocated). Carol said that she will check with Jane S-T to determine if the $200,000 discretionary funds may be used. She will let us know the fixed amount we have to work with by our next meeting.

New TCT Chair:
Jon Storslee has agreed to be the next TCT chair!
