Mandatory Advisement
Description:
Students will be required to attend a college orientation
prior to registering for classes. A portion of the orientation
session (approximately 45 minutes) will be dedicated to
student advising. The Advising Department will provide at
least one staff member for this portion of the program.
During this part of the program, students will be assisted
in planning their semester schedule. Many students will
leave with an approved class schedule and be ready to register.
Other students will be scheduled to return for a one-on-one
session with an advisor.
