  • Has good communication skills
  • Is open-minded
  • Treats Students like equals
  • Good sense of character
  • Is laid back
  • Doesn’t have a monotone voice
  • Instead of just teaching subject practices it
  • Does anything to help students
  • Always is positive
  • Makes sure students understand material
  • Doesn’t just read to students—uses other ways to learn (fun activities)
  • Explains things thoroughly
  • Helps students individually
  • Answers all questions based on students’ requests
  • Doesn’t speak too fast
  • Is prepared
