Career & Job Fairs
Career Services coordinates a spring and a fall career and job fair each year to bring together students, alumni, community members and employers. Career and job fairs are an opportunity to gather information about local employers and specific fields of interest. They are also a great way to network, discover internship possibilities and learn about pre and post-graduation career opportunities.
Many of the organizations who attend the job fairs are currently hiring. Besides competitive wages, several of these organizations offer tuition reimbursement and/or medical benefits for full and part-time employees.
Some employers at the fair will request resumes, so bring plenty along. Other employers will invite you to submit your resume online. Be prepared for either request and make sure the resume you provide is as current as possible. If your resume needs a little work, make an appointment with career services to get a critique by calling: 602-787-7073
