Each Seminar is worth 3 hours of paid time. Time is paid after
the tutor has completed the following:
- met with LSC Coordinator (or designee) for the orientation
session (Part A),
- turned in the last page of the LSC Employee Guide,
- turned in bio for web page, have picture taken for web page
- watched the 8 modules (Part B & C), and
- submitted his or her Learning Log to Rick
In order to be credited for completion of Seminar 1: Pre-tutoring
requirements, learning logs must be submitted to Sandra Beeman.
Dr. Rick Sheets will review and approve or return the logs. Any
logs needing additional work will be returned within two weeks
of submission date. Logs not returned within two weeks have been
accepted. When Pre-tutoring Requirements A, B, & C of Seminar

ready to begin the four additional seminars required for Level
