1.2 Name of Center
1.3 Mission Statement
1.4 Program & Services list and description
1.5 Pictures of Students
1.6 Staff names, bios, and photos
1.7 Institutional Identification

1.9 Single Screen Splash Page
1.10 Search Function (Also in the Feature section)

2.0 Appearance: All Pages

2.1 Common template (cascading sheets)

4.8 Maintains same buttons and link ids on all pages
4.9 Uses alt labels whenever graphics are used as links
