Study Skills Surveys

Commercially Available. The bible for tests and surveys is Buros where you can find almost all the tests and surveys that are commercially available including those specifically designed to survey a student's learning and study skills and strategies. The following list represents those surveys most recommended and used in learning support centers.

Inventory of Classroom Style and Skills (INCLASS)
Learning & Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI)
Study Behaviors Inventory  (SBI)

Web Accessible. Many surveys/inventories of study habits, skills, and strategies are available on the web. Below are some of the ones freely available.

Study Skills Checklist (Virginia Polytech University)
Motivational Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ)
Quick Motivational Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (ULC/University of Arizona)
Study Skills Checklists (Oakton Community College)
