Links to Traditional Learning & Study Strategies Web Pages

There are thousands of web pages with links to learning & study strategy information, materials, and tutorials focusing on learning assistance that is applicable to traditional or F2F instruction and assignments. Below are two outstanding websites that offer hundreds of links to useful skills and strategies.

1. Study Guides and Strategies, formerly a St. Thomas University web site, is independently maintained by Joe Landsberger, its original developer. It is a learner-centric educational public service of 120 guides organized into fifteen sections and translated into 32 languages. NOTE: To learn more about Joe and his website, read "The Study Guides and Strategies Website (www.studygs.net): Ten-Year Update and Current Applications" in TechTrends, September/October, 2006. Pp. 5-7.

2. Chemeketa CC Study Skills Resources. Includes links to specific learning assistance from Accounting to Theater courses.Retrieved April 23, 2003 from http://www.howtostudy.org/
