Some References for Best Practices of Learning Support Centers

This list was originally a handout for a presentation on best practices by Frank L. Christ at the 2005 Winter Institute held in Austin, Texas and sponsored by the Learning Center, University of Texas, Austin. It is a working bibliography and was designed to be used to research best practices and benchmarking and to list research of support elements and activities that may be considered as best practices for learning support centers in higher education. As references are recommended, they will be added to this list.
