Promising Practices for Learning Support Centers

The first known publication of a set of promising practices for learning support centers occurred at Winter Institute 2005 in Austin Texas as one of the Institute presentations.A revised set of promising practices for Learning Support Centers was presented by Frank Christ at the 2005 NCLCA Conference in Milwaukee as part of a Best & Promising Practices Workshop. Also at this workshop, Dr, Johnanna Dvorak(University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee, presented a set of best and promising practices for Online Tutoring and Jan Norton, University of Wisconsin/Oshkosh, presented a set of best and promising practices for evaluation.
