1. Bake Sale Update
   • Possible to have another one in the Spring
     
   • True Bake sale
     
   • Pursue more donations
     
   • Plan for late January early February
     
   • Members with food handlers card do some baking
     
2. Blood Drive, Wednesday, November 30, 8:30 – 2:00
   • Volunteers needed to help at blood drive
     
   • Jim, Chad, Sonja and Brandon will call to remind the donors
     
     • Remind donors to drink plenty of water and eat an iron rich meal
3. Meditation Garden
   • Waiting on approval of plan

1. Induction Ceremony
   • Dry run next Wednesday, November 2 @ 5pm
     
   • All officers need to be there
     
   • All other members welcome to help
     
   • We need to plan the who, what, script and brochure for November 8
     
   • Set up and tear down
     
   • All PTK members encouraged to come to meeting
   
   
2. November 5 is the Honors Conference in Tucson
   • School Van is leaving at 6 am

3. Officer Elections for Vice President of Service
   • Emmanuel motioned for Jim Grieco, Chad second the motion
   • All in favor majority vote 11-0-0
   
   
4. Meditation Wonderland
   • Decoration committee formed
     
   • Fundraising committee needed
     
   • Design committee needed
   
   
   Chad to coordinate with Heather in the Student Life Center
   
5. Car Wash Date pushed off until Spring
   
6. Bake sale set for November 14-16 from 7 am to Noon
   • Committee to be set at meeting on November 2 at 5pm
     
   • Ideas for bakes sale include
     • Candy
       
     • Baked goods
       
     • Hot chocolate and Coffee
       
     • Sell luminaries for Meditation Garden

1. Induction Ceremony
   • Tuesday, November 8 @ 1:00pm
     
   • Assignments for Ceremony given
     • Josh will take names of inductees and give each one a candle
       
     • Mary will hand out programs
       
     • Chad will welcome everyone and introduce speakers
       
     • After Dr. Dale speaks Chad will invite inductees up
       
     • Angie will give white rose to each inductee
       
     • Josh will announce each inductee while they sign in the book
       
     • Steve will close
   • We need to meet in the Student Life Center at Noon
   • Dress is casual
   
   
2. November 5 is the Honors Conference in Tucson
   • If an advisor doesn’t go we may meet with the SCC advisor
     
   • Paper, writing instrument and food for drive needed
     
   • Lunch/dinner provided
     
3. Bake Sale
   • Monday, November 14 through Wednesday November 16
     
   • Price list will be made next meeting (11/19)
     
   • Chad, Jim, and Angie to go to Costco on Friday, November 11 at 1:00pm
   
   
4. Adopt Family
   • We need to call DES for a family
     
   • Discuss details next meeting
