Example of Frame Abuse
TIP: Remember that frames are very hard for novices to understand and excessive use
of frames wastes your screen's view able area. Frames are good for forcing your
users to stay at your site (for advertising or educational uses) 
You must create a frames page for this class. You don't have to use frames in your final project, just give me a page that shows me that you know how to create a frame page. An idea for a frames page would be to create a homework page that uses frames. You could have a frame.html page that uses a main.html page that includes links to all your homework.
