FTP for Windows (Continued)

The hardest part of FTP is deciding what program to download and figuring out where the System's operators (Sysop) stored the file! winzip95.exe is a good to have because this program compresses and decompress files transferred over the Internet! Double Click on winzip95.exe or Single Click on the left arrow "<--" button.

FTP will download the file to the directory you specify or will send it to its directory by default. You should see a box pop up telling what percentage of the file has been downloaded.

When the file transfer is completed, FTP will wait for you to select other files to download. (You can select multiple files at once by holding down the Shift Key when selecting a group of files or Control Key for single files spread out over the directory.)
