If your password doesnt work, it is probably because
this is the first time you have
used the PAT tool and your Password has not yet been synchronized to your
MEMO
password, try the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. If that
also fails, contact
the IRTS HelpDesk 77780 or Chrystle Hall 77784 and request that your PAT
password be set to the word nothing.
VERY IMPORTANT Once you get into PAT with the
password of nothing, you will
need to synchronize your MEMO password with your directory password,
so that in
the future you will have the same password for both MEMO and the PAT
tool. Follow
the instructions for Synchronizing Your Password at the bottom of
this handout before
continuing on to set NOMAIL or to set AutoReply.
