1. To design a plan to increase faculty involvement in iStart Smart orientations and academic advising
2. To design a plan to implement mandatory academic advising with students enrolled in AAA/CPD115 and CPD 150 for spring 2008
3. To design a plan to implement an Academic Early Alert with students registered in spring, 2008 AAA/CPD115 and CPD150 courses
4. To design and implement an Exit Interview process with students who withdraw from AAA/CPD115 and CPD150 courses, Spring 2008
5. To integrate and expand use of iGoals with counseling and academic advising with existing iStart Smart cohort, and other student cohorts
