2007-08 USI Focus Team: Staffing/Training

Membership: Marianne A., Rick S., Michaelle S., Greg S., Fred W.
PVC Resource: James Rubin

Objectives:

  1. To design and schedule cross training for front line staff in KSC building
  2. To design and schedule training for new spring 2008 AAA/CPD115 instructors
  3. To identify AAA/CPD115 and CPD150 completers to assist with staffing iStart Smart orientations
  4. Identify staffing for Parent Orientations
