• No waivers allowed. No exceptions.
• Students whose scores place them in the decision zones for ENG 071 and ENG 101 will have the following options:
  • take the lower class
    provide a writing sample at the testing center
  • If they fail the writing sample, they will have to take the lower class. If they pass the writing sample, they will meet with an advisor to determine which class to take. (Adjuncts and full-time instructors will be paid to grade the writing samples.)
• Students who fail a prerequisite but who have registered early for the subsequent class will be dropped from the subsequent class. Ron Bleed--computer skills.

Reading
