| PVCC Wellness Role Model Rules |
- Any PVCC employee may nominate an employee for the Employee Wellness Role Model of the Month by completing a nomination form. Employees may nominate themselves. On the form, the nominator will provide a brief description of why they think the nominee deserves this recognition.
- Nominations are accepted from the 16th of one month to the 15th of the next month – see below timeline.
- All nominations will be collected and submitted to the members of the Wellness Committee.
- The Wellness Committee will vote on the nominations and decide the winner of the month.
- In the case of a tie, both employees will share the award.
- An employee can only win the award once in a 12 month period.
- Winners of the award will be notified. If the winner accepts the award, their picture will be posted on the winners page along with a write up about why they were nominated for the award. Fliers will also be distributed to the departments on campus.
- Winners of the award have the option to decline the award. In that case, the runner up will advance to the winner position.
- Winners will receive a fabulous prize at the closing ceremonies of Wellness Month.
